I have downloaded a document, how can I open it?

All documents are in PDF format and can be opened using a PDF viewer. You can get the Adobe Acrobat PDF viewer at no cost here.

I have downloaded an Audio file, how can I listen to it?

All audio files are in MP3 format. You can use any MP3 Player to listen to your audio. Specifically, you can use Windows Media Player or iTunes to listen to audio files.

Can I use my iPhone, iPad, or my portable MP3 Player to listen to the audio files?

Yes, for example, if you would like to listen to the audio files on your iPhone or iPad, first download the file to your computer, and “import” the audio into your iTunes library. Then all you have to do is to sync your device (iPhone or iPad) with your computer, and the Audio will show up on your iPhone or iPad. It will be under the “ipod” app (the orange color app).
